Email marketing that
drives real revenue

Email is still the highest-ROI marketing channel available — £42 return per £1 spent on average. We build the automated flows, campaign programmes, and list strategies that make that number a reality for your business.

The problem we solve

Why most email programmes
underdeliver

Email marketing is simultaneously the highest-ROI channel in digital marketing and the most consistently underutilised. Most businesses either aren't using it at all, or they're using it in a way that leaves the majority of the value on the table.

The most common failure mode is what we call "broadcast-only email" — businesses that send a monthly newsletter or promotional campaign but have no automation infrastructure. No welcome sequence for new subscribers. No abandoned cart recovery. No post-purchase sequence. No win-back campaign for lapsed customers. Each of these automated flows, when properly built, generates revenue 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, indefinitely — with no ongoing marginal cost once the setup is done.

The second failure mode is list decay. Businesses that haven't been actively managing their list accumulate hard bounces, spam complaints, and disengaged subscribers over time — which damages sender reputation, reduces deliverability, and means that even their best emails reach a fraction of the audience they should. We've seen businesses discover that 40–50% of their list is effectively unreachable because deliverability was never managed. Fixing this is unglamorous work but it can dramatically improve revenue from the same list size.

The third failure mode is measuring the wrong things. Open rates are a vanity metric — especially since Apple's Mail Privacy Protection changed how opens are tracked. Click rate, conversion rate, revenue per recipient, and revenue attributed to email as a channel are the metrics that actually matter. We build reporting frameworks that track what's real.

Common problem
"We have a list of 20,000 people but our emails get maybe 12% open rate and almost no clicks."
Common problem
"We send a monthly newsletter but it doesn't seem to do anything — no uplift in sales when it goes out."
Common problem
"Our abandoned cart emails exist but they're the default template from Klaviyo and we've never touched them."
Common problem
"We keep ending up in spam and have no idea why — our deliverability has collapsed."

The automation framework

Flows That Work While You Sleep

01
Welcome series
The most important automation in any email programme. New subscribers are at peak engagement — a well-crafted welcome series builds trust, introduces your brand, and converts a significant percentage of subscribers within their first two weeks on your list.
02
Abandoned cart recovery
Typically the highest-revenue automation in an ecommerce email programme. 70% of shopping carts are abandoned. A three-email abandoned cart sequence, timed correctly and written compellingly, recovers a material percentage of that lost revenue automatically.
03
Browse abandonment
Triggers when a subscriber views a product or category without adding to cart. Lower intent than abandoned cart but higher volume — a well-optimised browse abandonment flow adds meaningful incremental revenue to most ecommerce programmes.
04
Post-purchase sequence
The moment after purchase is the highest-trust moment in the customer relationship. A post-purchase sequence — confirming the order, building anticipation, and introducing complementary products — drives repeat purchase rates significantly and builds long-term loyalty.
05
Win-back campaign
Lapsed customers who once bought from you are far easier to reactivate than acquiring new ones. A well-timed win-back sequence — usually triggered at 60–90 days since last purchase — recovers a meaningful percentage of churned customers and cleans your list of the truly unrecoverable.
06
VIP and loyalty flows
Your top 20% of customers generate 80% of your revenue. Identifying them, segmenting them, and treating them differently — with early access, exclusive offers, and personalised communication — dramatically increases their already-high lifetime value.

Deliverability & list health

The Foundation Most Programmes Skip

Email deliverability is the invisible variable that determines whether any of the work above actually matters. You can have the best-written emails in your industry — if they're landing in spam, they're not generating revenue.

Deliverability is determined by a combination of technical configuration (SPF, DKIM, DMARC records, dedicated sending IPs where relevant), sender reputation (determined by engagement rates, spam complaint rates, and hard bounce rates), and list hygiene (regularly cleaning unengaged subscribers before they damage your reputation).

We audit and fix deliverability issues at the start of every email engagement — verifying technical configuration, assessing current sender reputation, and implementing a list cleaning protocol where necessary. For accounts that have damaged their sender reputation significantly, we implement a re-warming strategy to rebuild it systematically before any volume campaigns are sent.

SPF, DKIM, and DMARC configuration verification
Sender reputation assessment and repair strategy
List cleaning — hard bounces, unsubscribes, spam complaints
Engagement-based segmentation — active vs inactive subscribers
Sending frequency and cadence optimisation
IP warm-up strategy for new or damaged sender accounts
Inbox placement testing across major email clients
Ongoing list health monitoring and maintenance
